Using Inkling

You must be 13 or older to use Inkling.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You may not use Inkling to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or deceptive.

One account per person. Do not share accounts.

Your content

You own your writing. Inkling does not claim ownership of entries you write.

By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your entries to generate feedback and build your Writing DNA profile.

We do not publish, sell, or share your entries with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

Inkling is provided as-is. We work to keep it running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

We may update features, pricing, and these terms. Material changes are communicated by email.

The free tier is free. Paid features require an active subscription.

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Feedback and essay generation are produced by AI and may contain errors.

Do not rely on Inkling output as professional editorial, legal, academic, or medical advice.

You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing or submitting it.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are handled case by case. Contact hello@inkling.app.

Inkling is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before that claim.
